If G HUB seems to be stuck while trying to load and the logo animation loops. There are, of course, other ways to go about doing this, but this one is imo the easiest and most foolproof. example, Logitech Pro X Gaming Headset, or Logitech G560 Gaming Speaker.
I didn't need to touch any of them myself. You can take a look at the last 2 pages to see if you want to change something there, but those are just preferences.

Every time you shut down the app, you'll have to start it up by going through Step 7. If it doesn't, maybe try to clean install it again.
Run them in this order *as administrator*:. He should be chilling there in a group of 3 executables. There should be "LGHub Agent", "LGHub Updater" and such. Find all GHUB processes with Task Manager and end them. It won't work, that's alright, it'll be spinning there as usual. Seriously, this is way too delicate but it's the only way that I got it to work. 
If you've screwed around with default program installation paths, reset those to go to C. Make sure it's in C:, I installed it on my A: drive and it was all fucky because of that too. If anyone still has this problem, here's what worked for me:
